Back to school, back to school…
First day of Spring Quarter was yesterday. Technically, the start of my senior year.
Publication Design will be fun, it will give me some chances to explore magazine design and to work on ideas for DQ. The only class I’m really worried about is Anthropology… Mainly because it’s my first “I need to fulfill a requirement” class. The rest of the I’ve been somewhat excited to take every course here.
I’m really pumped for my Web site management course. Our first project is to customize Tumblr themes, but our second project (and then hopefully my final 3rd project) will be to create WordPress themes. I’m going to take the time to finally finish the redesign of the SCAD Radio Web site.
Is everyone else excited for Spring Quarter? I know some of you are graduating, but who is excited to almost be done with this year and do some internships this summer?
I’m going to be working at theKbuzz, a social media and word of mouth marketing firm. Woo!
Also: after getting a sunburn by sitting outside at Se-Port on Sunday, I have put on sunscreen the last two days. I’m going to work really, really hard to not get another burn. Really hard.
Talk to me next week (or after the next blood drive) when I’m bright red.
Also: SCAD Radio staff members, we’ve got a mandatory meeting this Friday. See you then!
NCMC Spring ’10 NYC
Travis: “Wait… Did she really just say that she is going to tell a funny story? She’s like a really… Really… really… really sad groupie. And he doesn’t even care!”
Also- special showing of “The Last Song” tomorrow night. So excited. Not.
Airport Diary #3
Dear Delta,
It would be beneficial if you did not put your paying customers on cancelled flights. Also, it would be beneficial if you completed the process of transferring a customer to another airline correctly, so they would get a call about their flight being cancelled.
Thanks for being idiots.
Love,
Caila

Dear Guy Standing Next to Me,
Thank you for ruining the episode of Psych I did not have the chance to watch yet. You are so sweet.
Also, dear AA attendent lady- you enjoy your job of yelling way too much.
Love,
Caila
