Somebody I’ve been checking out recently is this comedian/actor/singer/writer/all around cool dude/bird owner Nick Thune.
He does this pretty cool comedy style (also pretty funny) with his guitar. Reminds me of “Pachebel’s Rant” by Rob Paravonian, and his vocals are kinda like Demetri Martin (Boundary Girls->this one’s for you!).
He’s got a video up on Funny or Die (Reminds me of SPORTS!, a favorite of Tim & Eric) and his CD Thick Noon is available now. He’s also going to be in ATL on the Lewis Black tour on March 6 (and maybe in Savannah? I can’t tell). Ch-ch-check it outt!
